Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official BuzzTV Direct portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the device, remote, cables, and original power adapter back into the original retail packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
